Airnaj respects and maintains a system to protect the privacy of its users. We follow an appropriate set of standards to protect any information collected through our sellers, consolidators and travel agents, however that information reaches us. This policy covers the Airnaj seller portal - the account you register for as a series, group fare or block seat supplier.

What we collect when you register

A seller account has to be verified before it can list inventory and receive payouts, so registration asks for business, identity and banking details:

• Contact details - name, agency name, mobile number, alternate mobile number and email address
• Business address - address, city, state, pincode and your nearest airport
• PAN - the number and a copy of the card
• Address proof - the document type and a copy of the document
• GST - the registration number and a copy of the certificate, where you hold one
• Bank details - account holder name, account number, bank, branch, IFSC code and a cancelled cheque, so settlements reach the right account

What the portal records while you use it

• Your inventory - the series, sectors, fares and seats you publish, and the changes you make to them
• Transactions - bookings, PNRs, refunds and payouts recorded against your account
• Sign-in activity - login attempts on your account, kept so we can spot and investigate misuse

Your password is stored only as a one-way hash. Nobody at Airnaj can read it back, which is why a forgotten password is reset rather than resent.

How the information is used

The information is used to verify and approve your seller account, to keep the record of your inventory, bookings and settlements, to reach you about your account, and for the research and development of our services and maintaining our relationship with you. Airnaj does not sell or trade upon any of the foregoing information without the consent of the user. Details are shared with an agent, an airline or a payment or regulatory body only where a booking, a settlement or the law requires it.
